male and female energy

I was reading about atlantis....

It said on earth today, the two discernable energies are male and female. the male is the sending, radiating energy and the female is the receiving or magnetic energy. like the male sperm is released and goes to the female egg.

It said in Atlantean times, higher beings gave wisdom and knowledge to the people, but after it was abused the civilization was destroyed. then the punishment was that knowledge could only be attained through man's stuggle to aquire knowledge. (like eden) Male is the Mind and Female is the emotions. So now the male energy (mind) tries to control the female energy (emotion).

but what of destruction and creation? is that male and female too? the earth seems to be on such a detructive path. like those below in the thread have said, history repeats itself again and again. civilzations will continue to destroy themselves.
