Hey Lori,
there is another book I would like to recommend you, it is about very soft but beautiful exercises of kundalini yoga for pregnancy, together with very nice talking about pregnancy of the author, whose name is Gurmukh. She is a sikh, white nice turbant and everything, and she has a very successfull center specialized in pre&post-natal kundalini yoga in California. Many stars, including Madonna, have followed her courses, and in fact the foreword is of Cindy Crawford (which thing left me a bit perplex at the beginning, but don't be snob, it is really a nice book)
Title is "Bountiful Beautiful Blissful", I think there are also DVD's of her exercises. What I read in the reviews is that while the exercises of pre-natal are really soft and meditative, the ones of pre-natal litterally kill you exhausted. At the moment I myself feel very attracted to kundalini yoga, it is a very beautiful and powerful kind of yoga.
ciao
sofia
