Re: preterm labor

There are other lymph-congesting foods besides meat, including milk, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish, refined foods, trans fatty acids as found in canola oil or other refined oils, foods that have lost their nutritional value as in microwaved and leftover foods, other otherwise manufactured foods. Disturbed biological rhythms and hormonal cycles that result from late bedtimes (after 10pm) and irregular mealtimes can also be contributing factors. More about these in Timeless Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation. Then there can be karmic origins that lead up the physical conditions for preterm labor.
