Colon Health

The RRR is for the whole thread, read
all posts.

Dear Andreas,

In the Book "Colon Health" from Dr. John R. Christopher he promotes a herbal formula that contains: Barberry bark, Cascara Sagrada bark (this herb being the key for provoking the contractions of the bowel muscles), Cayenne, Ginger, Golden Seal root, Lobelia, Red Rasperry, Turkey rhubarb root and Fennel, he calls it “Lower Bowel Formula”.

According to him this formula not only cleanses the bowel but also “feeds and rebuilds it” and “activates the dormant peristaltic muscles”.

Since I think you are very much aware of his work and you still prefer oxygen products for the intestinal track, like Oxypowder and Colosan, can you please tell us the reasons of your preference? Do these two products also in an indirect way strengthen the peristaltic muscles?

Thank you very much
