my son's ocd and daughter's lactose intolerance.

Hi! I have a 11 year old son with ocd 5yrs of age when we discovered it. We first went the medical route, but luckily before we ever put him on medication we began alternative choices. We have tried the gluten/lactose free diet for the last 2 yrs and it seems to be working,however it is very restrictive, and creates some anxiety on it's own in him when he's in social situations. My daughter, two years younger complains of a sore stomach every time she eats any dairy product, she wheezes and has asthma type symptoms. Could leaky gut be causing both their problems? We eat pretty healthy, rarely any refined Sugar of any kind, honey and maple syrup pretty often, no artificial colors, ect. My children just want to start working towards a real cure. Any suggestions would be very helpful!
