gum recession

Hi Andreas.
At some point, I read a post on this forum that was asking about gum recession and a possible solution. I believe you recommended some sort of brand-name product, but when searching the archives I couldn't find the thread. I know that you recommend a full-body cleansing as the best way to take care of this problem, but I am on a limited budget right now, and until I can afford a more thorough method I would like to try to take care of my receding gums using a less expensive method.
So... just wondering if you remember this post and/or the product you recommended. I am worried about my teeth and want to find something that works.
