Re: health protocols and osteoarthritis
Adam,
Be wise. Listen to Andrea's advice. Anchor yourself somewhere.
And here's a thought. When I was 21, I had horrendous pain in almost all my joints. I went and got tested, and the 'diagnosis' was rhematoid arthritis.
I blew it off. Never went back to the doctor, never told anyone, never gave the label a chance to take hold. I was pretty naive, and lucky.
I started MOVING. Physically. And it 'disappeared'. I look back now, over 25 years later, and I chose NOT to get tested for the incredible pain I have in my body right now. What good would it do me to put a name on it? I have symptoms of so many diseases--but what I CAN do is clean up my act, listen to my body, pray for guidance, and realize it's not all just physical. I'm releasing the pain on all levels.
YOUR BODY is NOT trying to HURT YOU! It's trying to teach you. Listen, learn the lesson, and go from there.
Best wishes
