Re: Poor absorption, reasons?
Please see my answer to the previous post as it applies to you as well. There can be many possible causes for this, like eating too fast, eating in between meals, eating the main meal in the evening, not sleeping early enough in the evening, choice of foods, etc. etc. The body is not physical, although it appears to be that way. It is made of molescules, atoms, subatomic particles, all of which are nothing but energy and information. Your thoughts, feelings and emotions are energy and information, too, and as such can can easily alter the energy and information that runs your body. The body cannot do anything without you giving it conscious or unconscious instructions. If you were to decide to leave your body altogether, the body would completely break apart because the information your conscious presence makes up would be gone. The energy would then go into the air, water, earth; from ash to ash. Poor absorption is based on fear, fear of failure, not being good enough, fear of food, fear of making mistakes, and even fear of being healthy, successful, strong, etc. To help remove or balance fear, I use non-physical healing methods in my work many times every day, including Sacred Santemony and Ener-chi Art (see my website
http://www.ener-chi.com). Physical healing is quite meaningless if the mental/emotional/spiritual counterparts are not healed as well. Oftentimes, cleansing one's body, especially the liver, colon and kidneys, has a strong healing effect one one's emotions and feelings. It is an act of self-love. Self-love can be a powerful healer, more powerful than purely physical treatments.
