I see that you just answered a question about Himelayan salts. I've read notes on curezone lately that say it is more hydrating than straight water; and that 1/4 tsp should be added to every 1 litre of drinking water. what's your opinion here? Do you think salt should be added to all the water that someone drinks, and do you think saltwater is more hydrating than straight water?
Also, re: senna - I've heard its addictive. Do you have any experience with whether senna is addictive?
