Thanks Andreas about the garlic, I will hold off on that for a bit.

And will do the kidney cleanse, then the liver cleanse after.

I did buy a box of all natural pascalite clays from some catalog that sells Edgar Cayce things. I havnt used it yet- but was waiting for when i'd need it. Now is the time!
