water/cleansing

1)I have read you're book's, but i am a bit confused about ionised water..
I have an ionised water machine in my house, you say that ionised water should not be used as drinking water..
now having researched this the scientists say that it is obviously ok..
can you tell my why i can't consume 8 glasses of this water a day...

2)i have spoken to you before about my skin, what can i do to stop it from burning...or why is it burning and dry ... is there a mosituriser you recommend of any kind
i am doing all the cleansing as outlined so far but its not improving..currently doing kidney cleanse

3) oxypowder ...can this be used instead of the pre colonic before the liver flush ...as in the uk colonics are so expensive and to have 2 in 4 days is way to expensive
