Tattooing

HI Andreas;

I was wondering what your thoughts are on tattoos? I was wanting to get one (possibly a 6 year henna one, as they are safe).

I was wanting to get it in an area that has HYPO-PIGMENTED skin, which is WHITER then my normal white skin. Is this okay to do?
