I have the same problem - noisy intestines, very embarrassing in a meeting. I've recently tried "peppermint and bitter herb" drops. A few drops before and after meals. It seems to have greatly reduced the noises. Not perfect, but definitely an improvement. Basically a combination of peppermint spirits, gentian root, dandelion roots, fennel seed, ginger root, anise seed, licorice root, burdock root ,and a couple of others. I'm sure there are various combinations - go to a health food store and ask for assistance. They should be able to find something similar.
