I eat lecithin, but not soy sprouts.

Dear Boyz,

I've been eating Solgar lecithin
for more than 20 years; a teaspoonful a day mixed into juice.
I've haven't noticed any ill effects. Doctor David Williams is
also a long-time user of soy lecithin,

But I don't eat soy sprouts, even
though I love sprouts, and grow my
own. I seem to recall reading somewhere that soy sprouts have some
negative spinoffs. I may be wrong,
and would like some feedback from
someone who is more knowledgable
about them.

Blessings,

Owen
