O.K. this is just my personal experience but I thought it may help.

SOmetimes I had palpitations, my heart was beating so much I could not work and I had shakiness.

By the time I also was craving a salty soup.

I was not able to cook, so i just took some salty water.

EureKa!

One hour later I had no more palpitations. My heart was fine.

Ever since I increased my salt consumption and I have not had any more palpitations or shakiness. I take sea salt.

I found that it may have had low minerals in my body, especially potassium and sodium.

So, if yu do not have high blood presure, maybe you can try taking more salt.
