I had obsessive compulsive diorder before cleansing my liver, colon and kidneys.
I'd come back into my apartment 5 or 6 times after leaving to make sure that I shut everything off. No more. :) And talk about clean?
I'm ok now as long as I don't go overboard and eat tons of things I shouldn't.
