It may have been old, dark feces that came out. No, this doesn't cause you to die, but you may want to do a more thorough colon flushm, especailly when doing liver cleanses. A colonic of colema would be a good choice. Having a colem board (ebay.com) can save you a lot of problems, especially when bowel functions are sluggish.
