My first thought is you have parasites, however, it could very well be the pancreitis, or perhaps liver/gallbladder altho that is usually the right side.

When you saw doctors, did they do a basic blood panel of all metabolic functions? Preferably a series to see if any were rising? Do you know what your fasting glucose is, for example, or liver enzymes?

What other symptoms do you have = no matter how "minor" - such as coated tongue, cracks on tongue, canker sores, aphasia (memory problems), foggy-headedness, headaches, muscle or joint pain (and where), condition of stools - undigested fecal matter? width/length color? # of bowel movements a day? urine- dark or clear? frothy? (bubbles in toilet bowl?) smell sweet?
emotions - irritibility, anger, depression?
energy levels - fluctuate, always tired, okay?
heart rate - sometimes speed up? arrhthmia?
dizziness?
Skin conditions - pimples, psoriasis, dark spots on face?
eyes - red, itchy, lots of crunchies in the morning?
lips - chapped, shed skin every day, dark spots?
sinuses - draining? stuffed? sneezing after meals?

Check all of these out and get back to me and I'll know better.
