Flatulence and gas pain

Hi Andreas:

I would like to know if gas pain and flatulence can be caused by liver/gallbladder congestion.

I often feel like gas bubbles in my abdomen (I really don't know which part) and feel the urge to expel the gas through the rectum.

I usually follow a good diet and don't suffer from constipation so maybe the gas in my abdomen could be caused by another organ (liver,gallbladder?).
