small bumps

Hi, Andreas. I have small, pea sized (although flatter) lumps and bumps on my body. I have had them since I can remember, my Mom has them too. They are most prevalent on the outsides of my thighs and are pretty tender if pressed on. What causes these? Will they go away with flushing? I am currently flushing and I am also going to have some mercury fillings replaced soon.
