Hiatal hernia

Hi Andreas - I have acid reflux and I've been told it's because I have a small hiatal hernia and there's nothing medically that can be done to correct a hiatal hernia unless I undergo a very dangerous medical procedure. Once my liver and colon are clean (I'm doing liver flushes right now) is there any way to lessen the acid reflux or is it possible to get rid of it all together once I'm done with the cleansing despite the hiatal hernia? I don't like taking antacids because I know it's not healthy, but I don't want damage to my esophagus from a lifetime of acid reflux either. Don't know what to do. Any advice? Tweet
