multiple questions

Dear Andreas,

I've been reading your books, It's Time to Wake Up and Freedom from Judgement. I feel more at peace than ever before due to you sharing your wisdom. Thank you for your amazing grace.
As an avid student of life, I am trying to understand more. If we are all revisited entities, why are there more people than ever on this Earth? Is there an infinite number of entities out there trying to move to a higher understanding? If we "volunteer" to become victims in this lifetime so that we can learn, where does that leave the animals that are so often abused? Are they learning, too? Or do they sacrifice only so that we can learn? It breaks my heart and soul whenever I hear of any animal or child being hurt. Is it better to shield oneself from this information or to listen with an open heart and not judge(which is so hard to do)?

My other questions relate to health. Since illnesses such as colds are there to help clean up debris in the body, is it better to get the cold or to try and boost the immunity so that you don't get sick? And is it OK to use herbal products such as Echinichea?
