thank you for your reply..before i post my message, i already had thoughts of having a sacred santemony session but found it costly as the US currency is almost twice mine. are there other ways? also i was wondering if there is any connection between sacred santemony and speaking in tongues..

i do feel that i subconsciously want to sabotage myself, like how i eat bad or peel the skin around my fingers at times until someone asked me why do i want to inflict pain on myself, then it hit me. i never saw it as inflicting pain on myself previously.

another thing, my form of meditation has always been to speak to jesus, is that like 'wrong', or how does one meditate?

i just need some guidance for now, i dont know about my heart but my mind wants something to work on for now...
