I am currently eating only pink salmon occasionally as meat (I have read they do not farm pink salmon?). And Free range eggs.
I am not sure whether this is a moral or health choice as it just seemed to happen a couple of months ago.
I have always been opposed to factory farming (see interesting link below) but until recently could not bring myself to do anything about it even on a personal level.
My doctor has said I am insulin resistant and should eat meat, but I am starting to go off even the salmon. Any thoughts on that
