Andreas, do you consider almond milk processed food?
Do you eat pasta? (I would assume, couscous is pasta).
I totally share your diet/lifestyle and raise my children the same way. Buckwheat is our absolute favorite grain.
Kids love fresh fruits and vegetables. They also like pasta, but I won't let them eat it more than once or twice a week, and I won't touch it myself. Am I wrong about pasta?
