Giving Blood

Dear Andreas,

Are there any contraindications to donating blood for someone who has systemic candida overgrowth? I am not as concerned with my safety as I am with the safety of the donee. Could it possibly pose any risk to receive blood from a donor with candida problems? Summer blood bank supplies are always low and I was considering the possibility of a donation.
