My experience with castor oil packs

My hydrotherapist insists that people do castor oil packs 3 nights before the colonic and she emphatically states that people get much better results when they do this.

I know if I'm feeling bloated, or am doing a liver flush, OR getting a colonic, castor oil packs are nothing short of a miracle. And I FEEL fantastic the next morning after I do a pack.
