How would you treat Gitelman/Bartters syndrome?

Andreas,
Would the liver cleanse help these conditions? I have not been able to tolerate the herbs used for the kidney flush.
What about using Amiloride, Triamterene and Spironolactone? I don't know what these drugs are?
