1st Colonic

Andreas,
I had my first colonic Monday after doing my 8th liver flush Sat.
The place I went to uses coffee but I asked them to just use water since I have Mitral Valve Prolapse and cannot have caffeine.
They were fine with that. Do you think it would be alright for me to have the coffee or not? I am also planning to do these after every liver flush from now on which will be every two to three weeks. Will this help in cleaning my colon or is that too far apart?
I have been told that I should start this whole process with a clean colon - and then do liver flushes. Should I just do a series of colonics (they recommend 6) and then continue with liver flushes and follow them with enemas as I can't afford to have colonics as you recommend before and after flushes. I have to drive 100 miles for them.
Also how does a home colonic work better than enemas as you have no pump or anything large enough to keep a steady flow of water going for 45 minutes as with the colonic at the drs. office?
