Colon cleansing

I have done 7 liver cleanses using the Clark protocol with epsom salts, oo and grapefruit juice. The es really cleans me out but I also do an enema afterwards. From reading some of your post it sounds like you are suggesting a colonic after each cleanse. I would have to drive 100 miles to get a colonic done. Are the enemas sufficient along with the epsom salts?
Also, I was reading about your protocol for liver flush and you suggest using apple juice for a week before the flush. I have candida very bad so what would be your alternative flush for a person with candidiasis.
