Re: parasite/kidney cleanse

You can combine/overlap the liver and kidney cleanse, except for the day of liver flushing when no extra herbs should be taken. There is no need to do a parasite cleanse before liver cleansing if the all directions are followed poperly.

It can be a difficult untertaking rid yourself from parsites without first removing a least a good number of stones from the liver bile ducts. Parasites thrive in unclean environments caused by improperly digested foods and they can lodge in the stones and lay their eggs there. You may successfully kill a large number of intestinal parasites, just to find they have repopulated to the same number in a matter of days or weeks. Killing parasites today does not mean they won't be back tomorrow. Changing the milieu is the best way to control them. Liver/instestinal cleansing and eating balanced meals at the right times of day and sleeping and the right times of night, are still one of the most profound ways to help the body help itself (see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation). If you want to add 20 drops of black walnut tincture to the liver flush formula, that would be fine.
