Anybody with MS remove mercury fillings?

I was wondering if anybody here has had their mercury fillings removed? If so, did you see an improvement in your MS symptoms? Did you do cheleation? I was diagnosed about 2 weeks ago with MS. It hit me really severe, loss of vision in one eye..which really hit hard as I am a painter. Legs, arms and hands numb, nausea from vertigo, could barely walk. I got the MRI, saw an MS specialist and was put on a steroid IV drip that weekend. Now, a week later I am 80% better. I asked the MS doctor about my fillings and he didn't seem to take it seriously. I have an appointment next week to see a dentist who will remove them. There is alot on the Amalgam dentisry forum here about this, but not alot of people posting there with MS. Any help, advice?!
