i think dark under eyes can also be kidneys

at anyrate.. all the cleanses go hand in hand and are so easy to do

personally i would do both a kidney stone dissolve flush..
( you buy herbs listed in his recipe .. easy to obtain at low cost. ) the tea it makes is not unpleasant and it does not interfere with your regular day (except to put a new pot to cold soak before yougo to bed.. so youcan make a freah tea each morning)

his liver flush ihave found to be the most gentle one i ahve done.
i used teh gold coin grass for 3 weeks before to help break up stones/ then i used his alternative ok to the traditional
oo/grapefruit mix and it was almos t delicious 8)
np getting it down at all.

he has such a wealth o f tips and knowledge in his books
and you can get them as downloads for 6$
i have not regreted one book of his that i have bought
i use alot of his tips daily. so easy it is ridiculous and such
benefits..

ps both the KEY book and the Liver cleanse one have the recipe
for the liver and kidney cleanses...
but if you can get both/ they go hand in hand so well
believe me youwill reread them ALOT !! 8) *smile*
