Hi there!
I was just thinking as I read this thread how beautiful the name Simona sounds. And here our own Yemaya is named Simona.
Simona, if you have so much difficulty getting that book for yourself, perhaps someone in North America can help you.
If you can not find another way, please fell free to e-mail me. I would hate to need instructions on how to make myself healthier, and not be able to have it for reasons beyond my control.
