Goat milk is meant to raise goats (as human milk is meant to raise humans). After a certain period, though, goat milk is no longer considered a food by goats and they start eating other things. Just like goat cows milk, goat milk, too, can be irritating to the human intestinal lining and trigger mucus discharge. Once it does, you better avoid it. Goat milk is not as congesting )(lymph) as cows milk, though.
So if you wish to drink goat milk, check for any symptoms of congestion and mucus discharge.
