Hi Photon....yes, what is a great diet for one person, may not be for another. We have to find what works best for us.
I don't know if the herbs will help to a great extent or not yet. I've had some success with fresh pressed garlic, and at times with herbs like neem, wormseed, male fern and quassia. I'm still experimenting with others at high enough dose. The one herb so far that I can really feel an impact with is, clove. It's taken my relentless hunger away and I also feel better.
But...herbs have not helped you, it's good to keep searching and trying. Let me know how the sputnik goes for you.
