Some people can "handle it" better than others. It all depends. How toxic is your system? How long have you been suffering? What is your genetic makeup?
It's the same as with food. Some people can eat soy sauce, others get a headache from it. Some people love broccoli. It gives other people painful gas.
One man's cure is another man's poison. It's best to start slow, take less than is recommended, and slowly increase to tolerance. My experience has been that the cleaner my system gets, the bigger dose I can take without experiencing die off.
It also seems like I need more than the recommended dose to get any results, now that I only have a few left in my system and I'm feeling much better.
I had to start with a tiny little bit, way less than recommended. I could feel wormy little hairlike fibers surfacing on the end of my tongue from taking a very small amount of it.
