Can You Cleanse Your Liver if you have Hepatitis C?

If you have hepatitis C, is it safe to cleanse your liver with this recipe?

1/2 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
1 Big grapefruit
4 TBS Epsom salt
3 cups water
1/2 cup classic coke

Actually I don't know if I have it or not, but a friend of mine just died from hep C. And it scares me. But I was wanting to cleanse my liver, but in the back of my mind, I thought, what if I have hep C and I do this cleansing thing, will it hurt me and make things worst? Tweet
