did my Rx cause die-off? & what's this pic?

anyway, would a big burst of prednisone kill parasites?

I've started passing what looks like cucumber seeds... smallish though. {I'm guessing they're smaller flukes as I've passed what's in that pic before.} I just did a 40day Master-Cleanse then Clarkia PC for 2 weeks and was about to start the 2 weeks on again when I had to go on Antibiotics for lung infection & the Clarkia was interfering with the Antibiotics , so I stopped the Clarkia for a few weeks and have yet to start again. I'm now taking a prednisone burst {60-50-40-30-20-10mg} and augmenten which I hadn't had before and am finding it weird to see die off now & wondering if it's the antibiotic, high dose of prednisone, or delayed die off from the clarkia {3 weeks later tho? that seems wrong.} I'm stumped.
