Question for Humaworm

Huma- What dose is needed to get rid of ascaris? I've gotten a lot of the little ones to come out, but it feels like there are some monsters remaining. I'm afraid a dose big enough to kill them, would also kill me. I also feel some tiny hair like things on the end of my tongue. Is this baby ascaris, just hatched out?
