So much of this we are going thru is learning just what our bodies need after so many years of believing untrue concepts and especially from using eating as an escape from problems we refuse to face maturely. Our personel particular situaltions are what make it more than just reading a book or trying a compound. As we continue on and refuse to give up we start to get what Humma is saying w re to the bodies wanting to expell and alleviate toxins. Slow and steady is the powerfull position for our learning how to be physically healthy. However tho senna has been considered too strong for continued use cause it doesnt help the actual method/process of elimination, there is no physical addiction and it is great if one is in dire need and one doesnt take so much as to cause " the grip"(cramping). The sacred bark of the buckthorn (cascara sagrada) however has been used for centuries without the affect Humma attributes to it. It is actually just what one needs when the perastaltic muscles are affected by condtions common to processed over rich and over abundant eaters. You have tried and tried so dont give up just figure it out, and know that the solution is rarely in some herb or new compound or discovery. Oxy works, psyllium works,cayenne ect work well. When we are sick we need to concentrate on relieving suffering and learning what it was that got us into the delima. Diarea? Dont eat.
