I have seen this before in 3 separate colonics. i have done extensive juice fasting, 6 liver flushes, bowel cleanses. (since Jan.)changed eating habits, etc


after Liver Flush last nite i also did a coffee enema (nothing).

the coffee enema was 4 cups 4 oz water with 3 tablespoons organic 5 country espresso blend coffee. cooled for 1 hr. and reheated for 3 minutes. (first time i ever reheated as it got too cold)

held it for 9 minutes. emptied 4 times. 3rd time passed small stool (1st time ever passed solid stool during a juice fast).

4th time passed the picture. time elapsed from release to 4th time was 15 minutes.

i dont think they smelled at all. beofre some of the releases it smelled like a bit like tuna. passed a lot of gas prior.

No movement from the tiolet at all.

This happened tonite and i am fasting.but i always feel much better after a coffee enema. Hunger usually the same as usual not less or more. i did feel emptier in my tummy near my navel.

i massaged my stomach right before expelling.

juiced half pineapple 2 hrs before and had a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar right before the enema. the acv made me feel a bit unsettled. (1st time ever firing jf that i had acv)

I flushed them after pic, but I have another pic of some other "weird things" i expel. I will post them tomorrow nite.
