Hello. This looks more like a Tapeworm to me. Tapeworms are flat and Ascaris lumbricoide are round. A Tapeworm has "sections" that can break off and will have no "head". The head can still be attached inside. A Tapeworm can regenerate itself even if just it's head remains. I hope this helps.
