Has anyone tried garlic when it comes to dogs? I once read that in problem situations where the dog wouldn't eat the normal dog food as per being fed from the table, and thus preferring table scraps over normal dog food, that the owner could begin mixing garlic into the normal dog food to encourage the dog to eat it and eventually prefer it. Apparently, the aroma of garlic is supposed to be appealing to dogs--or at least the article says. I have never tried it, but I have always wondered. The article I read did not give any indications of how the garlic was prepared or how much was used.
