Where Do I Begin?

Great, powerful and useful information here, but where or how can I begin inexpensively ridding myself and my cats of parasites? Is there a natural way of doing so without having to send off for various kits, books and gadgets? Are there natural drinks or foods I can prepare at home to do the trick? I'm looking to keep the process as simple as possible. Any suggestions?
