It takes a while to get these things under control and self-discipline in terms of lifestyle is required to keep them in check, but it's worth it. A year and a half ago I couldn't turn my head or do yoga. I was wheezing and coughing with every breath. I am now teaching yoga again.

By doing that, you will discover which products work best for you. Rotate remedies. Hang in there and you will feel a whole lot better in a few months. Have faith. Your body is the Temple of God. You are the keeper. God is on your side and there are legions of angels who can help you get rid of them if you will ask. Pray, pray, pray. Use positive affirmations.
