i dont know for sure but:
since i did my cleanse i dont have as many headaches.
and one time during the cleanse in the shower my sinus/ears/head like popped and it really hurt for a second and the water poured out of my nose mixed with a little blood(or so i though)but i guess there is some red nematode tht lives in your head?
i forget exactly. i really didnt look at it too well. i though i just had a bloody nose. but it was a red line and lots of water. it felt very hot too as it was coming out of my nose.
