Re: Alcohal & tapeworms

Other ways for protein:

1- Beans, Chickpeas, etc.. have some protein These are acid forming, but you will be eating plenty enough raw fruits and veggies to counteract this.

2- Kale has so many minerals as well as protien. Add this to your salads.

3- Non Genetically-Modified-Organisms Soy. I like Bragg's Amino Acids. It is tons of amino acids in a natural organic Non-GMO soy sauce base.

I make a bowl of Wild organic rice and pour on olive oil, chopped celery, tarragon spice and this Bragg's Amino Acids all over it- it is deliecious and you'll need the amino acids.

Also- Brewer's Yeast added to your salads will provide you with all the B vitmains and photonutrients as well.

I would also allow myself some cooked organic turkey during thanksgiving-- going cold turkey (no pun intended-but that sounds cute!) may be hard for you and cause you to binge later. White meat once a week-- from free range turkey (not the livestock injected with hormones and Antibiotics ) is permissible.

I am strict vegetarian nowadays- , but I realize that not everyone's body is meant to cut out all meat. I cant digest meat very well. If your going to eat meat- make it turkey and sardines. Add the sardines in your salad with some hard boiled organic eggs.

Genuine sardines are also very good for you I just read. Be careful that it is fresh-- as fresh sardines dont have that fishy smell. Also, make sure they are GENUINE sardines, because the FDA permits companies to sell Herring and other small fish under the name "sardines".

I just read that many people who eat sardines tend to extend their lives longer than others.

Now-- to help with the ph issue-- Use either Balsamic or Apple Cider Vineger for salad vinegars. Don't use malt or white distilled. Balsamic and Apple Cider are alkaline forming (which is what you want to fight the worms)

The other two are actually acid forming.

Cold pressed olive oil is also good to use with the vinegars and is alkaline forming too. I whisk Bragg's Apple cider vinegar and a touch of Balsamic vinegar into some unrefined olive oil. I add a tablespoon or two of Brewers Yeast and whisk that in too. It gives the dressing a yummy beer like flavor, thickens the texture and provides the B-Complex vitamins. Sometimes I add a dash of that Bragg's Amino Acids to this also.
