Seeds is all. they come shelled and raw in my store. $4 a pound. but when I researched how much we needed for them to work on what ever we have---someone in curezone said 1 1/2 lbs. gound up at once and so now I just eat them for fun. I do not expect much altho someone on this page felt they got results. Tweet
