It is my understanding that dizziness during cleansing is an indication that the liver is clearing. Cut your paranil dose in half and see what happens. If your liver is clearing, the homeopathic remedy Cocculus Compositum will get rid of the dizzies so you can keep cleansing at the same rate. Or you can reduce the amount of of herbs you are taking and cleanse more slowly. You are in control of how fast you clear the toxins out of your system.
